I picked up my first Ukulele last year and really enjoy learning how to play. A fun and elegant sounding instrument!
I’m attending the Elearning Guild’s DevLearn Conference & Expo this week. Of the many concurrent sessions offered, Ellen Wagner (@edwsonoma), Jane Bozarth (@janebozarth) and Shawn Rosler (@rosler) are presenting – Ukulele Learning: Exploring the Relationships Between Music and Learning on two occasions. The first is Wednesday, September 30 at 3:00 PM and the second is Thursday, October 1 at 1:15 PM
The Elearning Guild has also purchased 10 Ukuleles for the season for those that want to learn how to play. From the session description: “Ukuleles made available during this session will be donated to the Children’s Hospital of Nevada UMC after the conference.” How cool is that?!
I’ve been invited to attend and asked to help people learn a few basic chords. I threw this little job aid graphic together as a printable PDF for the occasion. Figured anyone would Enjoy! Download button below.
